The assistance amount payable under the scheme shall be determined in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, assistance contributions received, and other provisions specified herein.

The purpose of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Policy Holder on the occasion of construction of their own home and to promote a system of collective support among the members participating in the scheme.

In addition to the housing assistance provided under the scheme, the Policy Holder may be provided life insurance coverage through a third-party insurance provider, subject to applicable eligibility and the terms and conditions of the relevant insurance policy. Such insurance coverage shall be subject to the terms and conditions, exclusions, eligibility requirements, required documents, and claim approval process of the relevant insurance policy.

Such assistance shall be subject to the eligibility criteria, membership requirements, prescribed assistance contribution, waiting period, and other applicable terms and conditions of the scheme.

The housing assistance amount shall be determined based on the total assistance contribution received from the members participating in the scheme. 7. The housing assistance request shall proceed only after the applicable verification and approval process has been satisfactorily completed. Submission of an application or documents alone shall not constitute approval of assistance or create an automatic or unconditional right to receive assistance.

  8. If the applicable eligibility conditions, assistance contribution, documents, verification requirements, or other terms and conditions of the scheme are not fulfilled, the Institution may reject, postpone, or withhold the housing assistance request.

  7. If at any stage it is established that the Policy Holder or Nominee obtained housing assistance by submitting false or forged documents, providing incorrect or misleading information, concealing material facts, committing fraud, or through any other unlawful means, the Institution shall have the right to cancel the relevant benefit and recover the amount wrongfully paid.

  3. No amendment shall affect any duly approved and paid benefits before the effective date of such amendment.

  4. Any change in the terms, coverage, premium, exclusions, or benefits of a third-party life insurance policy shall be determined by the relevant insurance provider and applicable insurance policy and shall not be considered an amendment to the scheme by the Institution.
